TJW WALL AIR INLETS HAVE QUICK, EASY ADJUSTMENT TO OPEN AT DIFFERENT STATIC PRESSURES
When static pressure is created by ventilation fans, Double L’s TJW Gravity Wall Air Inlet counterweighted blades automatically open and allow fresh air to mix with warm air, evenly distributing tempered air throughout the animal room. Engineered to open at a 0.05 to 0.07 static pressure, each gravity inlet blade has an adjustable counterweight for balancing multiple inlets at different static pressures. You are able to easily adjust each blade to lower or higher static pressure for optimal efficiency. When fans stop, the counterweight closes the translucent louver blades.
TJW Inlets are a gravity wall TopJet inlet that is located between preheated hallways and the animal room. For better air mixing, the louver blades open from the top instead of the bottom, designed to direct airflow towards the ceiling area. яндекс Each counterbalance louver blade is translucent or clear to allow more natural light into the room.

The new TJW Trim Insert will help improve the seal of the inlet in the hog barn, assist in ease of caulking, and give the TJW Gravity Inlet a clean, finished appearance. Designed to fit the TJW4312, TJW2923, and TJW4323 TopJet Gravity Wall Air Inlets.
EASILY REPLACE BIL INLET WITH TJW WALL GRAVITY INLET
Due to a number of problems, the BIL Inlet have been replaced with a Double L TJW Wall Inlet. Some of the problems with the BILs included leaked air around the blade into the room and the linkage system was / is very hard to adjust compared to the TJWs. The TJWs are counterweighted on each translucent blade, allowing air to be brought in along the ceiling to mix the warmer air at that height with the cooler air near the floor. This helps with LP gas costs and helps reduce pig scours by reducing the chance pigs get chilled. Each of the louvers are easier to keep clean and don’t break like the BIL blades do. Airflow capacity can also be increased with the TJW Inlets.
