Double L Kennel Flooring is manufactured in the United States but distributed worldwide. With over 30 years of proven performance, Double L’s Dog Kennel Slats are constructed of a very durable polypropylene material that makes it a cost effective, bacteria resistant, long lasting floor designed to replace wood and wire flooring. Its smooth, non-porous plastic surface is easy to clean and disinfect with moisture and waste drying quickly. 3/4″ openings and 13/16″ openings with 55% open filtration allows for proper drainage and airflow for your dog(s). Smooth, radiused square hole openings with a smooth rounded finish for animal comfort. Polypropylene material is easily cleaned and doesn’t damage or absorb water and soil like plywood. Double L Kennel Flooring is soothing and comfortable to all size pets and accommodates a properly sized kennel. Once constructed, its elevated surface keeps your pet clean and healthy while reducing the chance of ticks and gnats. With elevation, allows for air movement underneath kennel and prevents digging. Easily installed on 2 x 4″ or 2 x 6″ wooden supports, our Kennel Flooring can be cut to fit most applications. Flooring interlocks to create a smooth, even surface with support every 2 feet. Reinforced pre-molded screw holes allow for fast assembly of slats to frame.

Dog Kennel Overlapping Flooring (OL) from Double L has the ability to have both 4′ sides of panel interlock for added strength. Each of the 2′ ends of panel overlap. Overlapping style floors are usually used for large continuous floors that will not be moved. OL black slat flooring is UV protected.

INSTALACIÓN DEL SUELO PARA PERRERA
InstallationLay out multiple sections of your supports before cutting and assembling your support structure. Overlap and interlock the desired number of pieces to accommodate the area, then place Double L Kennel Flooring on the supports. Note: Flooring can be cut to fit any dimension.
Slats overlap on the 2′ end, utilizing a single support member and interlock on the 4′ sides for easy assembly and strength. In addition to the end supports, slats must be supported in the center and where they overlap.
